Group C Rules

1. Members can quit or join at any time. The cost to join is based upon the current balance divided by the number of shares and rounded up to the nearest dollar amount. The cost to join is calculated in US dollars.

2. The organizer reserves the right to limit the number of shares sold. The intention is to limit the number of shares such that one share wins a minimum of $1 million US (cash, after tax) if the group wins the jackpot and holds the only winning ticket.

3. The group normally buys tickets for the Mega Millions lottery. On occasion, tickets for other US lotteries are also purchased if the jackpot is large and the opportunity arises.

4. The number of tickets purchased is dependent upon the size of the jackpot and is at the discretion of the organizer.
